(h) the name of the person if it appears with other personal information relating to the person or if the disclosure of the name itself would reveal information about the person.
POPIA means the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013;
Traffic data is any computer data or other data relating to a communication by means of a computer program, computer, computer system, or network, generated by a computer program, computer, computer system, or network that form a part in the chain of communication, indicating the communication’s origin, destination, route, format, intent, time, date, size, duration, or type of underlying service.
